Refund and Returns Policy – Ubivis Management LLC

This refund and return policy applies to all platforms operated by Ubivis Management LLC, including MyCPMCoin, CryptoPoolMirror, Memberships, and UbivisManagementLLC.com. By using our platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Donations are Non-Refundable
All monetary contributions made via this platform (in either fiat or cryptocurrency) are voluntary donations intended to support the development and maintenance of the ecosystem. These are not payments for goods or services, and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Token Receipt and Utility
Any tokens or NFTs issued following a donation are provided as symbolic acknowledgments only. They carry no intrinsic monetary value and are not offered as financial products. They do not entitle holders to refunds or redemption.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only under rare conditions such as:
- Duplicate transactions due to a technical error
- Incorrect donation amount submitted by mistake
- Request made within 7 days of the original donation
All refund requests must be submitted via email and will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Ubivis Management LLC. Refunds, if granted, will be returned to the original payment method.
Token Market Activity
Should a donor choose to trade or exchange CPM Tokens on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), they do so at their own risk. Ubivis Management LLC does not control or guarantee market value, token pricing, or liquidity.
